Meet Our Customer Kim Wilson: From Armpit Length to Tail Bone Length
One of the most common questions we receive is how to get the most out of the hair elixir. One loyal customer, Kim Wilson shared how she used the hair elixir to grow longer and moisturized hair by using the VoiceOfHair PureFix Hair Elixir to while wearing protective styles and by doing treatments with it. By doing so her hair grew from armpit arm length hair to bra strap length.
Kim also shared that she applies the VoiceOfHair PureFix Hair Elixir to her scalp before she goes to her hair done (using the oil as a pre-shampoo treatment) by applying the oil to her scalp the nigh before her hair appointments and allowing it to sit soak into her hair all day. She’ll then wear her hair pulled back until she gets to the salon and has it washed, conditioned and styled. Once her silk pressed hair starts to get old (maybe 4-5 days in) she adds the elixir to her hair and scalp and massages it in.

Another loyal customer, Althea Williams, is a hairstylist in Brooklyn and uses the VoiceOfHair PureFix Hair Elixir on ALL of her short, relaxed hair customers to create moisturized hair. She uses the elixir as a pre-shampoo treatment by first washing the hair 1 time, and then applying the elixir to the hair and sitting the client under the dryer to help lift any dandruff or flakes from the scalp.
Then, she follows up with another shampoo and deep conditioning before styling. She also adds the elixir to finish the look at the end. This process keeps the hair moisturized for 3-5 days before the client needs to reapply. Althea said that with relaxed and color-treated hair, the hair becomes very dry so this oil is her #1 styling product.. and her customers ask for it by name!

Yes you may! We recommend making sure your hair is well moisturized and apply the oil and then put your hair into a protective style (braids) before putting on your wig!
Is it ok to treat the area that needs attention while hair is in a protective style ie. Braids?
